There's such a tasty mix of recipes this past year, with chicken recipes, pasta dishes, smoothies, salads and more! I think you'll find something tasty to cook up for dinner or blend up as a flavorful snack!

These recipes mostly follow the SIGHI list for histamine.

Please be mindful that non-dairy milks seem very individual in terms of how people tolerate them on a low histamine diet, so only use the type you know you tolerate well. Also, while cinnamon rates as low histamine on the SIGHI list, it is rated higher on other lists.
