🫐 Ingredients
All the ingredients and their quantities are set out in the recipe card below.
- Mixed berries - just grab a packet of frozen mixed berries in the store! I suggest that my low histamine readers will want to stick to low histamine berries such as blueberries and blackberries.
- Honey - to add a touch of sweetness, you want runny honey rather than set honey.
- Sparkling water - to give just a little fizz to the frozen mocktail. Choose plain unflavored water rather than a heavy mineralised water.
📖 Swaps and variations
Add in other fruits. Make a frozen fruit mocktail by adding in some frozen mango, cherries or peaches. All delicious!
Swap sparkling water for still water. I like the bubbles, but you can use plain still water if you prefer.
