    🍎 Making low histamine snacks

As well as being very tasty, these snacks all follow the SIGHI list for histamine and use lower histamine foods on that list.

We leave out ingredients that are often used in snacks such as highly processed foods, peanuts, beans and lentils, and colourings that are often an issue for those with histamine issues.

Instead we use equally delicious ingredients that are so tasty (and I bet nobody who wasn't low histamine would even get these snacks are for a special diet!).

*As with all things involving diet, please note that this post does not constitute medical or dietetic advice in any way and is for informational purposes only.
