This frozen peach slush combines frozen peaches, apple juice and maple syrup to make a quick 3 ingredient summer drink! Perfect for a hot day, it's sweet, refreshing, and takes just a few minutes to blend up.

I've wanted to make a summer drink with similar vibes to a virgin peach daiquiri for a while, but without lime to keep it citrus free (and so more suitable for those of us on a low histamine diet).
This frozen peach slush has all the summer daiquiri feels, and makes the most of sweet fruits. We leave out the rum and lime, and the icy peach apple combo is so sweet and delicious.

Ingredients

All the ingredients and their quantities are set out in the recipe card below.
- Peaches - make sure to use frozen peach slices as they will help thicken the slushy drink. Fresh peaches won't work in the same way.
- Apple juice - this helps get the slushy texture and adds some sweetness too.
Can I Use a Mix of Frozen Peaches and Nectarines?
Yes, definitely. I often find it easier to find a mixed bag of frozen peaches and nectarines in stores close to me, and it works perfectly to make this drink.
How to Make a Frozen Peach Slushy
All you need to make this frozen peach drink is a handful of freezer and pantry staples, and a high powered blender. Oh, and maybe some mint sprigs to make it look pretty if you're serving at a summer party!
The full recipe instructions are in the recipe card below, but these step by step photos should help guide you.

Step 1: Add ingredients to blender
Add the frozen peach slices, apple juice and maple syrup to your blender cup (image 1).

Step 2: Blend to a slushie!
Blend the peach mixture to a thick slushie consistency. Adjust, if required, with more apple juice to thin or more frozen peaches to thicken (image 2).
Recipe Tips and Notes
- Use high powered blender. We are blending up frozen fruits, so you need a high powdered blender to make the recipe.
- Adjust the texture. Slushies are, well, slushy! If you like it thicker, add more peaches, and more apple juice to thin.
- Add lime juice. If you're not a low histamine reader, then add a squeeze of lime juice if you like!
Frequently Asked Questions
It's best to use frozen peaches as they give you a frosty, thicker slush drink.
It's best to make this drink right before serving as it will 'warm up' over time and so not be a frozen peach drink.

📖 Recipe

Frozen Peach Slush (No Wine)
Equipment
- Blender high-powered blender
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen peaches
- 1.5 cups apple juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- ice to preference
Instructions
- Add the frozen peaches, apple juice and maple syrup (or honey) to a high powered blender.
- Blend to a thick slushy-like consistency, adding ice to thicken to preference. To thin, add a splash more apple juice. Pour into your serving glasses.
Notes
- If you can't find a bag of frozen peaches, do check out my peach kale smoothie recipe as it has directions on how to freeze fresh peaches. I also often use a mixed bag of frozen peaches and nectarines.
- Adjust the ratio of the frozen peaches and apple juice to get a frozen peach drink that you like best. More frozen peaches or ice will thicken, more juice will loosen the texture.
- If using honey, the drink won't be suitable for a vegan diet.
