Fun & Healthy Vegan Recipes

Vegan dishes are bursting with flavour and healthy ingredients, with so many options to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner (and snacks too, of course!).

Choose from my easy flaxseed pudding or my warming pear porridge for breakfast, and my kale wild rice salad and my butternut squash and apple soup are so good as lunch options.

Looking for a quick weeknight dinner? My coriander pesto pasta and cauliflower alfredo are just the thing, as is the fall favourite of vegan pumpkin alfredo. And I don't think anyone will turn down the deliciously sweet spiced poached pears for dessert!
