Summer Recipes

Summer brings fresh flavors of sweet fruit and seasonal produce. Enjoy light salads such as my mango cucumber salad, chicken salad without mayo and mango slaw, and heartier meals including my blueberry chicken and vegetable pesto pasta.

And let's not forget to enjoy a fun summer drink such as my blueberry mocktail or peach mocktail as well as icy sweet treats with my apple juice popsicles, cherry mango popsicles and indulgent mango sorbet!
